Prince Harry features on the cover of yet another magazine, however this time the royal is styled in the finest military gear, appearing rather prim and proper. ‘Dirty Harry’ is Tatler’s Man of the Year announced in the November issue and it’s no surprise after the attention he has been receiving since his latest Sin City weekend away.
